(A) The Kentucky Building Code promulgated in 815 KAR 7:120, and the Kentucky Residential Code promulgated in 815 KAR 7:125 by the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction, Commonwealth of Kentucky, are to be enforced by the city as if set out at length herein.
(B) Copies of the Kentucky Building Code and the Kentucky Residential Code are on file in the Office of the Campbell County Clerk, and the Clerk shall at all times keep copies of the building code and the residential code for reference.
(C) A copy of Ordinance 16-0801 shall be transmitted to the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
