Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 or imprisoned for not less than 10 days nor more than 50 days, or be both fined and imprisoned.
