§ 130.03 TRAFFICKING IN OTHER INSTRUMENTS FORBIDDEN.

No person shall sell or possess or traffic in any instrument, apparatus, equipment, or paraphernalia, other than the instruments described in § 130.02, which has been manufactured or adapted for the use of narcotic drugs or marijuana. (Ord. 77-0102, passed 1-15-77)
