§ 115.09 COLLECTION.
   The Gross Receips Tax and Occupational License Fees imposed and levied by this chapter shall be received and collected by the City Clerk/Tax Collector or by the Fiscal Court of Campbell County, Kentucky, with which the executive authority of the City is hereby authorized to contract for those services.
