§ 98.02 TREE BOARD ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby created and established a City Tree Board which shall consist of five (5) members, four (4) of which shall be citizens, and residents of this City, and one (1) representative of a business within the city, all shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
