§ 97.99 PENALTY.

Any owner, resident, user or occupier of a house or tenement in the city failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any person removing, defacing or altering an identifying house number as provided in § 97.04 shall be subject to a fine up to $250 for violation of this chapter.
