It shall be an affirmative defense under this chapter if the person charged with the offense or their minor child or ward, within one hour after the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages constituting the basis of the violation, enlisted the aid of and cooperated with law enforcement personnel to cause minors who are in possession of or consuming alcoholic beverages in violation of this chapter to not remain on the property.
