(A) Open burning shall not be used for waste disposal purposes, shall be the minimum size for the intended purpose and the fuel shall be chosen to minimize the generation and emission or air contaminants.
(B) No extraneous materials such as tires, plastics, hazardous substances, or other materials which produce dense or harmful smoke may be burned or used to cause or support combustion. Open burning of items deemed inappropriate by the Fire Department may be considered a violation of this section.
