94.23 ALLOWABLE OPEN BURNING.
   Open burning may be conducted within the city only if the following conditions are met:
   (A)   A burn permit shall be obtained from the Fire Department. A copy of the permit shall be kept at the burn location.
   (B)   Open burning shall be conducted on days when wind conditions are deemed, by the Fire Department, to be still and not be conducive for fire intensification or communication to nearby property.
   (C)   Burning shall be conducted during daylight hours between the periods of dawn and dusk.
   (D)   The location for any open burning shall not be less than fifty (50) feet from any structure and provisions shall be made to prevent the fire from spreading to within fifty (50) feet of any structure.
   (E)   Any open burning shall be constantly attended until the fire is extinguished. Fire-extinguishing equipment shall be available for immediate use.
