(A) The Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code), First Edition, 9/11/90, as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:040 by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction on the advice and recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted in full as an Ordinance of the city as if fully set out herein. Copies of the code book are available through the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction, 1047 U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. A copy is also available for review at the City Clerk/Treasurer's office.
(B) The building inspector shall be designated as the local enforcement agent for the Standards of Safety.
