(A) Every person who sets, uses, or maintains a trap or traps for the purpose of taking wildlife shall, prior to setting such traps, give a written description of the location of the trap line, or any changes made therein, along with a copy of the written permission of the owner of the land, to the City Chief of Police for any traps which are located within the city.
(B) The requirements of this section are in addition to the regulations contained in KRS Ch. 150, which must also be complied with prior to the setting of traps within the city.
