§ 72.04 VEHICLES IN VIOLATION TO BE TOWED.

Any motor vehicle that shall be parked in violation of any of the provisions of § 72.03 shall be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner or operator of the motor vehicle, which expense shall include the towing plus storage fees.
