(A) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop or park such vehicle at any time so as to interfere with the travel on any public street or highway in the city; or in such manner as to interfere with the use of any private driveway joining any public street or highway in the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, deface, injure, move, obstruct, or in any manner interfere with any traffic sign or signal on any public street or highway in the city.
