§ 52.21 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS AUTHORIZED.

Council hereby reserves the right to enter into special agreements with users not presently situated within the corporate limits of the City on terms and conditions not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this subchapter. (Ord. 92-0602, passed 6-15-92)
