(A) Any single family residence on a platted or town lot or any property not described in § 52.18 (B) which is connected to or serviced by the City Sanitary Sewer System subsequent to the adoption of this Ordinance shall pay a tap-in or connection charge prior to the commencement of service as follows:
Residential Users:
Single Family Dwellings $500.00
Multi Family Dwellings $500.00 first unit
Each additional unit $100.00 per unit
(B) Commercial, Industrial Users:
Any other user $1,000.00 $1,000.00
(C) The tap-in or connection charges levied hereby are in addition to any maintenance or service charges imposed by the City and collected by the Sanitation District. (Ord. 92-0602, passed 6-15-92)
