§ 52.16 IMPOSITION OF CHARGES.
   It is hereby declared to be a proper public purpose of the City to make improvements to the systems and to impose tap-in or connection charges for all properties within the City; including those properties paying special assessments by Ordinance No. 92-0501 which are connected to or receive service.
