The City Administrative Officer or other officer or agent of the City in charge of the sewer system shall cause discontinuance of water service to the premises served when sewer charges are not paid and are delinquent as determined by the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties. Water service shall not be reinstated until the entire gross bill for service is paid in full. (Ord. 92-0602, passed 6-15-92)
