Charges shall be billed and collected under the terms of an agreement between the City and the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign and execute a contract with the Sanitation District for collection of maintenance fees. All collection, charges, discounts and methods and manners of payment shall be in accord with the procedures and polices of Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties.
