(A) There is hereby established and imposed the following sewer user service charge to be assessed to all persons who are billed for water usage in the city as follows:
(1) First 1000 cubic feet of water used per quarter $ 3.53 (minimum quarterly charge)
(2) All in excess of 1000 cubic feet of water used per quarter $ 0.08 per 100 cubic feet
Water meter readings are to be made to the nearest 100 cubic feet.
(B) The schedule of charges shall apply to all residential, commercial and industrial establishments directly or indirectly connected with and serviced by the sanitary sewer system of the city. (Ord. 92-0602, passed 6-15-92)
