Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereon shall be fined an amount of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each day the violation exists.
