§ 34.01 PERSONNEL SYSTEM ADOPTED.
   (A)   The city adopts the personnel policy as prepared by the Northern Kentucky Area Development District and dated August 20, 1993 by reference as if fully set out herein. The policy is on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer. The policy consists of personnel policies, a job classification system, a table of organization, and an evaluation system.

   (B)   The City adopts the CDL Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy established under Municipal Order 96-01 dated 1-22-96 by reference as if fully set out herein. The policy is on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer. The policy complies with the Federal Omnibus Transportation Act of 1991 and subsequent regulations by the Federal Highway Administration and the Department of Transportation and consists of restrictions and testing for city employees required to hold and maintain a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
