(A) Ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city shall receive as wages the sum of $8.50 each, per call, within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) Ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city shall receive as wages the sum of $15 each, per call, from the city to the City of Crete, Nebraska.
(C) Ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city shall receive as wages the sum of $25 each, per call, for calls of between 15 and 100 miles, one way, from the city.
(D) Ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city shall receive as wages the sum of $43.50 each, per call, for calls of between 100 miles and 125 miles, one way, from the city.
(E) Ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city shall receive as wages the sum of $47 each, per call, for calls of between 125 miles and 150 miles, one way, from the city.
(F) Ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city shall receive as wages, for calls in excess of 150 miles, one way, from the city the sum of $47 each plus $3 each for each additional 50 miles or fraction thereof.
(G) Should ambulance drivers and attendants employed by the city be required to wait an inordinate time while on any call while not actually driving to or from their destination, then and in that event, they shall be entitled to compensation for standby time at the rate of $8.50 per hour per person plus any necessary expenses incurred.
(H) All wages hereinabove set forth shall be payable at least monthly.
