§ 151.18 ABANDONMENT.
   Whenever any plot of land, within the city, shall cease to be occupied by a mobile home for a period of 30 days, the right of occupancy of said plot by a mobile home shall cease and shall be considered an abandonment of said plot for the occupancy of same by a mobile home, and said plot shall not be reoccupied by a mobile home except as herein provided as a mobile home park.
