§ 151.07 DRIVES.
   (A)   Drives. Interior mobile home park drives shall be improved to a minimum of 30 feet in width.

   (B)   Drive surfacing. Interior drives shall be graded and provided with adequate drainage and shall at a minimum be graveled or shall be concrete or asphalt.

   (C)   Street maintenance. All mobile home park drives will be maintained by the owner in a satisfactory and safe condition at all times.

   (D)   Drives; access to public street. The interior drive system within the mobile home park shall connect to the public streets at two or more points and shall provided access to each mobile home lot.
