The density of mobile homes within any mobile home park shall not exceed one mobile home per 6,400 square feet of the mobile home park site area. Mobile home lot size need not be uniform, however, the overall density of mobile homes within the mobile home park, obtained by dividing the total area of said park by the number of units therein, must equal or exceed the density standard set forth in this section. The maximum permissible ratio of total mobile home floor area to its mobile home lot area shall be 0.20.
