§ 133.53 SHOOTING HIGHWAY SIGNS, MARKERS OR NOTICES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously shoot upon the public highway and injure, deface, damage or destroy any signs, monuments, road markers, traffic control or surveillance devices or other public notices lawfully placed upon said highways.
