§ 130.04 STREET LAMPS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to break, mar, deface, mutilate, destroy, remove or carry away any electric light bulb, shade, reflector or fixture or injure, in any way, any light standard, post or electrolier erected in the city for the purpose of beautifying, ornamenting or lighting the streets thereof.
