Any junk yard that becomes a danger to the public health, or is not operated in the manner herein provided, shall be deemed to be a public nuisance after a 30-day period of grace. The governing body may then request the Municipal Attorney to prosecute the owner, operator, director or employee of the nuisance for violation of the provisions of this chapter.
