(A) The City Office and Programs Administrator shall be responsible for planning, directing, managing and reviewing all activities and operations of the city as set forth in the job description as adopted, and amended as necessary, by the City Council and Mayor.
(B) The City Office and Programs Administrator’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
(1) Identification, documentation and initial contact(s) with individuals in violation of the municipality’s nuisance properties ordinances;
(2) Code enforcement;
(3) Project Development Director for projects for the betterment of the municipality;
(4) Grant research and development writer for local, state and federal grants for the benefit of the municipality;
(5) Office management, human resources and city offices liaison to the Mayor, City Council and City Attorney; and
(6) Such other and further job duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and developed by the Mayor and City Council.
