SCHEDULE I. PARKING RESTRICTIONS.

   (A)   Specific prohibitions. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle, as defined in this chapter, in the following locations unless otherwise provided elsewhere in this traffic code or in the ordinances of the city.

Hickory Street	On that portion of the south side of Hickory Street lying between Main and Shimerda Street and on that portion of the east side of Shimerda Street lying between the corporate limits and Hickory Street	No parking at any time
School Street	Lying between First Street and Hickory Street	No parking at any time
School Street	On the east side of that portion of School Street lying between First Street and Third Street	No parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
School Street	On that portion of School Street lying between Third Street and Fourth Street	No parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
School Street	On the east side of that portion of School Street lying between Eighth Street and Fourth Street	No parking at any time
Second Street	On that portion of Second Street lying between Main Street and Wilson Street.	No parking at any time
Seventh Street	On the north side of Seventh Street lying between Main Street and School Street	No parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Seventh Street	On the south side of Seventh Street between the intersection of School and Seventh Streets and the city limits.	No parking at any time
Shimerda Street	On that portion of Shimerda Street between the area commencing with the intersection of County Road P, on the north end thereof, and continuing to the intersection of Sixth Street on the south end thereof	No parking at any time
Third street	From the intersection of Third Street and Main Street to the intersection of Third Street and School Street	No parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; nor for a period of time of more than eight consecutive hours during any other time
Wilson Street	From the intersection of Wilson Street and Fourth Street to the intersection of Wilson Street and Second Street	No parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; nor for a period of time of more than eight consecutive hours during any other time.

   (B)   Time limits.

 

Street	Location	Restriction
Harris Street	On either side of that portion of Harris Street lying north from the intersection of Third Street and Harris Street to the east and west alley which intersects Harris Street between the intersection of Third Street and Harris Street and Second Street and Harris Street	No person shall park between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, for any time period in excess of ten minutes
Third Street	On that portion of Third Street lying between Main Street and School Street	No person shall park a motor vehicle or permit it to stand for more than four hours continuously between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except that a motor vehicle may be parked on said portion of said streets for more than four hours continuously on Sundays and legal holidays

   (C)   Congested District; exception for pheasant season. No person shall park or cause to be parked a vehicle between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., during any day of the week in the Congested District as defined in § 70.01; provided, however, that during the open pheasant season for each year, as the same is designated from time to time by the State Game and Parks Commission, parking shall be allowed on the streets in the Congested District on each day of said season beginning at 5:00 a.m.
