§ 73.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.

   (B)   Any person violating § 73.017 shall be guilty of a traffic infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $50 for each offense.

   (C)   Any violations of §§ 73.046 through 73.051 which is also a violation under Neb. RS Chapters 39 or 60 may be punished under the penalty provisions of such chapter.

   (D)   Any person convicted of violating any rule or regulation dealing with snowmobiles shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days.
