§ 71.056 DRIVING ON SHOULDERS OF HIGHWAY.
   (A)   Prohibited. No person shall drive on the shoulders of highways within the corporate limits of the city.

   (B)   Exceptions. The provisions of division (A) above shall not apply to vehicles driven by federal mail carriers while delivering the United States mail, to vehicles involved in safely removing a vehicle from traffic lanes or to implements of husbandry.
