§ 71.040 RECKLESS DRIVING.
   (A)   Generally. Any person who drives a motor vehicle in such a manner as to indicate an indifferent or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property shall be deemed to be guilty of reckless driving and as such shall be punished as provided by statute.

   (B)   Willful. Any person who drives a motor vehicle in such a manner as to indicate a willful disregard for the safety of persons, or property shall be deemed to be guilty of willful, reckless driving and shall be punished as provided by statute.
