§ 36.23 SIGNATURE SHEETS.
   Every signature sheet shall:
   (A)   Contain the caption required in § 36.21(A);
   (B)   Be part of a complete and authorized petition when presented to potential signatories; and
   (C)   Comply with the requirements of Neb. RS 32-628(Prior Code, § 1-1004)
