§ 52.08 ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.
   (A)   Law enforcement officials having jurisdiction in the area governed by this chapter are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   In addition, the Town Manager may also delegate enforcement responsibility for this chapter to other departments or personnel of the town government.
