§ 51.03 USE OF WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANTS.
   No water shall be used from the fire hydrants of the town, except for the extinguishment of fires and by regularly constituted fire companies for the cleaning, washing or testing of their engines or other apparatus, or for such other purposes as authorized by the Town Manager. Such use shall be free of charge. The Town Manager may issue a special license upon application and may let water from such hydrants when necessary for testing the condition of the waterworks, for purifying the water or for repairing the waterworks.
