§ 153.159 SUBDIVISION OF NEWLY ANNEXED LAND.
   (A)   The town may institute the procedures outlined in this chapter to subdivide land in the area to be annexed at any time after a petition for annexation or petition for annexation election has been found to be valid.
   (B)   The ordinance accepting the proposed subdivision shall be passed prior to the date when the annexation ordinance is passed.
