§ 153.113 REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL BY PLANNING COMMISSION.
   No plat of a subdivision of land within the territorial limits of the town or within the territory within the subdivision control of the Planning Commission, or any part thereof, shall be filed or recorded until it has been approved by the Planning Commission and such approval entered in writing on the plat by the Chairperson and Secretary of the Planning Commission.
