§ 153.064 DRAINAGE.
   All grading, road improvements and other activity affecting the drainage of storm water in the town shall be done in conformity with the plans, standards and design criteria specified in the “Storm Drainage Master Plan, Town of Wiggins” (prepared by ARIX Corporation with Foxfire Community Planning and Development, March, 1991).
