(A) In any case set before the court on a “show cause” hearing or a “noncompliance” hearing, the Municipal Court Judge is empowered, in his or her discretion, to assess a fee of $10, in addition to all other fines, costs and surcharges.
(B) Any defendant entering into a disposition with the Town Attorney, including, but not limited to, a stipulation for deferred judgment and sentence, a stipulation for deferred prosecution or a plea agreement, shall pay an administrative fee of $25, in addition to all other fines, costs and surcharges.
(C) In all cases, except where the defendant is adjudged to be not guilty by the court, an administrative surcharge of $6 shall be imposed.
