§ 152.25 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Town Manager, or his or her designee, is hereby appointed as Floodplain Administrator to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of Title 44 of the Code Federal Regulations (National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
