§ 152.13 ADOPTING FLOOD MANUALS AND PLANS.
   The Town Board of Trustees hereby adopts the Kiowa Creek Flood Protection Operations and Maintenance Manual which includes the Town of Wiggins Flood Warning Plan and the town’s Flood Operations Plan and authorizes the Mayor to sign the agreement with the State Water Conservation Board.
