§ 152.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of the state has, in C.R.S. Title 29, Article 20, delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the town does hereby adopt the following floodplain management regulations.
