§ 150.03 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE; VACANCIES.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees may, after a public hearing and by a majority vote of those present, remove any member of the Commission for the following reasons: a conflict of interest violation; any violation of law, regulation or policy; nonattendance to duty; failure to attend three consecutive regularly scheduled meetings without a leave of absence approved by majority of the Commission; or any other cause.
   (B)   Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled by appointment by the Board of Trustees for the remainder of the unexpired term.
