§ 150.01 COMMISSION CREATED; MEMBERS.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Planning and Zoning Commission (the “Commission”) for the town, consisting of five members, each of whom shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   All members shall be bona fide residents of the town, and if any member shall cease to reside in the town, his or her membership shall immediately terminate.
