§ 134.02 ILLEGAL POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION BY PERSON UNDER 21.
   (A)   Any person under 21 years of age who possesses or consumes ethyl alcohol anywhere in the town commits illegal possession or consumption of ethyl alcohol by an underage person.
   (B)   Illegal possession or consumption of ethyl alcohol by an underage person is a strict liability offense.
