§ 133.03 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   A person commits disorderly conduct if he or she intentionally, knowingly or recklessly:
   (A)   Makes a coarse or obviously offensive utterance; displays or uses abusive, indecent, profane or vulgar language in a public place and the language, gesture or display by its very nature tends to incite an immediate breach of peace;
   (B)   Abuses, threatens or annoys others in an obviously offensive manner in a public place and such action, by its very nature, tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
   (C)   Makes, aids or assists in making any unreasonably loud or raucous noise in a public place or near a private residence that he or she has no right to occupy and such noise by its very nature tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
   (D)   Is found in any public place under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug in such a condition that he or she is unable to exercise care for his or her safety or others or interferes with or obstructs the use of public streets and which, under the circumstances, creates a clear and present danger of a breach of peace;
   (E)   Fights with another in a public place, except in an amateur or professional contest of athletic skill, and such fight, by its very nature, creates a clear and present danger of a breach of peace or imminent threat of violence;
   (F)   Fails to obey a lawful order of dispersal by a person known by him or her to be a police officer under circumstances where three or more persons are committing acts which are likely to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to another and which creates a clear and present danger of a breach of peace or imminent threat of violence; or
   (G)   Not being a police officer, displays a deadly weapon in a public place in a manner calculated to cause alarm, substantial harm, serious inconvenience or annoyance and which under the circumstances creates a clear and present danger of a breach of peace or imminent threat of violence.
