§ 131.05 IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER OR PUBLIC SERVANT.
   It shall be unlawful for a person to falsely pretend to be a police officer or a public servant and perform an act in that pretended capacity. It is no defense under this section that the office the actor pretended to hold did not, in fact, exist.
