§ 131.04 REFUSING TO AID A POLICE OFFICER.
   A person, 18 years of age or older, commits an unlawful act when, upon command by a person known to him or her to be a police officer, he or she unreasonably refuses or fails to aid the police officer in effecting or securing an arrest or preventing the commission by another of any offense.
