§ 130.20 DEFACING PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or recklessly cut, scrape, mark, deface, disfigure or, in any manner, injure any part or portion of pavement, curb, sidewalk, light standard, wiring poles, light lamp or globe, public buildings or other public property within the town.
   (B)   The commission of any act prohibited in division (A) above is hereby declared a nuisance and the town, through its Police Department, shall have the right immediately upon the commission of any such act, to summarily abate such nuisance by repairing or causing to be repaired any injury or damage done specified in division (A) above and have a right to seek restitution against the person guilty of such violation or guilty of a plea agreement or deferred sentence relating to same for amount of the expenses incident to making such repair together.
